This, is the Harbor.
It includes Aberdeen, Hoquiam, Ocean Shores, Westport, Cosmopolis, Montesano and a dozen other towns on the West coast of Washington. It is my new home.
As I explore its tides and triumphs, so can you through words, pictures, sounds, video — pretty much anything I can get my hands on. My job as a reporter for The Daily World should give me a decent excuse to get inside some of the more intriguing and exciting aspects of these communities.
This is learning by doing, so feel free to question. Feel free to laugh. Mostly, feel free to critique. I hope to capture, report, disect and discuss as many things as possible while learning more about the limits of online journalism and a little about the town in which I live.
