Heavy snow in Spokane

Pretty much everyone I know back in Spokane is struggling through the epic snowfall from the past 24 hours. My family has been snow-blowing the driveway pretty much constantly, my friends have been helping dig people out and others have lost power or been trapped, sadly unable to go to work.

Here’s a picture of my house that my father sent me from his cell phone. He says the snow is at least knee deep.

I can’t believe I’m missing this kind of record snowfall. It also kind of bugs me that my dad’s phone takes better pictures than mine.
