This is the epitome of good intentions gone wrong. I believe that Joe Strummer deserves any and all recognition for his influence on modern music, but this Telecaster replica is a travesty.
It’s a $900 slap in the face. The faded, beaten body looks so fake and soulless I could barely hold the camera still.
I apologize Joe.
I saw this yesterday, but refused to disgrace Johnny Cash’s birthday with this abomination. But now it must be shouted down as shameful.
