The initiation into the Hoquiam City Council should really be more fun. They could have made Carla Streifel sing a fight song, steal a street sign or streak through the quad on Monday night.
But no. She raises her hand and swears allegiance to Hoquiam and some other stuff. Maybe the next Council member will face more of a challenge.
