Karma in action

I usually think of any mall as a dark place.

However, the Aberdeen mall is the only place I’ve found with a decent selection of music and DVDs, so I brave its treacherous halls of commerce. There has always been one aspect that troubled me most — Scamp’s, the pet store.

Now I like pets, but I didn’t like how the animals were stuck in the little windows fighting for space and growing less cute — and less likely to be bought — every second. Maybe that’s my problem, and I wouldn’t want take that out on somebody’s livelihood, but … Scamp’s is now closed.
