Clam this, clam that. Bada-clim, bada-clam!

So apparently, if you shoot photos for The Daily World, you spend half your time in water up to your knees. This is twice in two days for me. 

I had no idea people like to dig for clams — by the hundreds. I saw a few cars parked off the road and thought I would check it out. I walked over the dune and BAM, dozens and dozens of people swinging “clam guns” just wading around digging for dinner.

Here’s a quick clip to let you see what I’m talking about. People everywhere. A parking lot on the beach. I don’t understand, but I got an okay picture.

The swan picture ran today, but not online. I’ll post one just for Nick when I get a chance. Until then, enjoy my lousy video. You may get dizzy and throw up.
