Trees come in many sizes.
Liz and I went up to Lake Quinault on Sunday as sort of a last little trip. We visited the Olympic National Forest in an area that gets an average of 12 feet of rain a year. It’s considered a rainforest. We saw huge trees and took pictures.

DAY TWO — We went out to Westport to see the Pacific Ocean on Friday. We climbed up on driftwood and wandered on the jetty. The weather was pretty decent.
There were lots of people out and the sand was very soggy. We threw rocks and pondered the edge of the world. Here are some pictures.
